For Parents

After School Care

We offer an After School Care program which runs until 5:30 p.m. The current cost is $8.00 hour/child for children in grades K-8 (rates are subject to change). There are no requirements to sign up or to notify the school that your child will be utilizing the after school care program. All students who are not picked up at the end of the school day, transition directly into after school care. It is staff supervised and the first hour is spent outside on the playground (weather permitting). After transitioning into the commons, each student is provided a snack and free time to play games or other activities. Parents pick up their children through the middle school office entrance. You can communicate with staff in after school care directly by calling (406) 702-2898.

Continuous Enrollment

All students will be automatically enrolled for the 24’-25’ school year unless you notify the school otherwise. The deadline to opt out is February 20th. In order to opt out, notify the school directly by contacting Alicia Gerig at agerig@bcswarriors.org. All returning students will be charged an enrollment fee of $400 (Grades K-12) or $300 (Preschool) that will be divided among your remaining 23’-24’ payment plan. If you are not on a payment plan, you will be charged the full enrollment fee in the month of February. Please note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Annual Banquet

The annual Legacy Dinner and auction was started over 20 years ago and is hosted by the BCS Education Foundation Board. This board is made up of dedicated BCS parents, business, and education leaders who work alongside BCS administration to determine the needs of the school & raise funds to meet those needs. The Legacy Dinner and Auction has contributed to capital construction projects like our school gym and new addition, enriching academics programs, scholarships, & endowments.

We are excited to announce the 2024 Legacy Dinner and Auction will host Seth Dillion, CEO of the Babylon Bee. The event will be held on February 20, 2024 at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center. The theme for this event comes out of Matthew 5:13-14 where Jesus calls believers to be salt and light in the world so that God would be glorified. BCS aims to help students gain the education and wisdom to act as salt, preserving that which is good and true in the world; and to live lives that shine light on the beauty and power of God.

Our featured speaker Seth Dillion, CEO of the Babylon Bee, is an entrepreneur, venture investor and speaker, who talks publicly about his Christian faith and how to use humor to challenge ideas and point to truth. It is sure to be an encouraging and engaging evening!

Warrior Fund

The Warrior Fund is Billings Christian School’s annual fund. This annual campaign provides the necessary resources that fall outside of the budget but enables the school to make significant strides in overall development. The 2023 Warrior Fund will be used to purchase a passenger bus, improve our infrastructure for school safety, provide school scholarships and supply teacher Grants for Excellence, where teachers can submit a proposal for something that will enrich student’s classroom experience.
