After School Care

We offer an After School Care program which runs until 5:30 p.m. The current cost is $10.00 hour/child for children in grades K-8 (rates are subject to change). There are no requirements to sign up or to notify the school that your child will be utilizing the after school care program. All students who are not picked up at the end of the school day, transition directly into after school care. It is staff supervised and the first hour is spent outside on the playground (weather permitting). After transitioning into the commons, each student is provided free time to play games or other activities. Parents pick up their children through the middle school office entrance. You can communicate with staff in after school care directly by calling (406) 702-2898.

Continuous Enrollment

All students will be automatically enrolled for the 25’-26’ school year unless you notify the school otherwise. The deadline to opt out is February 20th. In order to opt out, notify the school directly by contacting Lauren Little at llittle@bcswarriors.org. All returning students will be charged an enrollment fee of $425 (Grades K-12) or $300 (Preschool) that will be divided among your remaining 24’-25’ payment plan. If you are not on a payment plan, you will be charged the full enrollment fee in the month of February. Please note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Annual Banquet

The Legacy Dinner and Auction began over 20 years ago as a way to financially support Billings Christian School, and is anticipated through the year as a celebration of the exciting things happening at BCS. Hosted by the Big Sky Christian Education Foundation, the Legacy provides a way for our community to financially partner with BCS in its growth and improvements.

Together with God, Legacy donors have contributed to many projects over the years; most recently:
- Playground equipment for elementary students
- Athletic Program Improvements (equipment, soccer field improvements)
- New Building Addition (art, science, middle school classrooms, commons, security upgrades)
- Computers & Robotics/STEM
- Transportation (vans)
- Grand Campus Gymnasium

Event VIP sponsors are invited to an exclusive pre-event reception with the keynote speaker before the main event. The Legacy Dinner officially begins at 5:30 PM, giving all guests a chance to mingle and peruse the diverse offering of silent auction items. As dinner and dessert are served, we will open in prayer and kick off the Legacy’s program, including games, updates about the new and exciting things happening at Billings Christian School, and a special message from our keynote speaker. Our guests leave encouraged and invigorated after an evening of fun and fellowship. We look forward to seeing you at the next Legacy!

For more information, or to attend the Legacy, please contact us at LegacyDinnerBCS@gmail.com.

The event will be held on April 8, 2025 at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center and will host Chaplain (Major General) Tom L. Solhjem.

Our featured speaker, Chaplain Tom Solhjem, retired as the United States Army’s 25th Chief of Chaplains in August 2023, culminating a 49-year career providing religious support to the soldiers, families, and civilians of the U.S. Army. His assignments included Airborne, Ranger, Special Forces, and Elite Units with over 68 months in active combat zones, including Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. His heroic exploits in combat as a chaplain are captured in the film “The Fighting Spirit,” and he and his wife are featured in the film “Overcoming Through Adversity,” a story of many families growing stronger through difficult times. It is sure to be an encouraging and engaging evening!

Warrior Fund

The Warrior Fund is Billings Christian School’s annual fund. This annual campaign provides the necessary resources that fall outside of the budget but enables the school to make significant strides in overall development. The 2024 Warrior Fund will be used to invest in equipment such as risers, lighting, sound panels and chairs in order to allow us to steward the gymnasium in more ways than just athletics such as graduation, concerts and chapels.
