Financial Aid
Accessible and Affordable Christian Education
Billings Christian School is committed to making Christian education accessible and affordable. The goal of our Tuition Aid Program is to help bridge the gap between the cost of tuition and what a family can financially afford. Aid is provided to families with demonstrated financial need as determined by our third-party provider, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment.
We grant tuition assistance to families who qualify if funding is available. Our tuition assistance does not apply to students in preschool. Financial aid applications become available February 5th, 2024 and will close on April 15th. BCS will still accept applications after the deadline at a reduced, late-application rate. The applicants will be notified via letter in the mail of awards within four to six weeks of submission.
ACE Scholarships
Billings Christian also partners with ACE Scholarships. ACE provides partial scholarships for private school education to families new to private education as funds are available. If your family qualifies for this scholarship, you will automatically be notified with application materials. Financial aid awards range from 5% to 65%.
ACE is no longer accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year at this time. The deadline to complete the application for ACE Scholarships was the end of the day on April 15th, 2024. You are more than welcome to try and reapply once applications open in 2025.
Financial Aid Applications
While ACE is no longer accepting applications, we encourage you to apply for the BCS financial aid since we will continue to accept applications past the deadline at a reduced, late-application rate.
Our school financial aid and ACE Scholarships are not combined but are awarded according to the highest deduction. It is also important to note that you must submit a student application in order for the school to review and evaluate your eligibility for financial aid.
Income Guidelines
The following income maximums (based on completed 2023 income tax returns) are the general guidelines utilized to determine a family’s eligibility for financial aid or an ACE scholarship. If your household income did not fall under these maximums for 2023 but is projected to be lower in the coming year, you are still welcome to apply and include an explanation of your circumstances.
